Our role was to work with global and local marketing (and their network of agencies) to launch the new brand whilst ensuring it landed with relevance in the UK market.   To ensure the brand was clear on it's uniqueness, we ran in-depth customer and market research to understand the perception of the two legacy brands and create core competencies that articulated how they could now stand out in the market.  This was supported by a new era of thought leadership, engaging dynamic content and customer advocacy to support the revised claims.
